Services

Navio Web Design provides website design, website setup, booking system integration, and related digital services.

Pricing

• Starter Website — £99
• Website + Booking System — £199
• Booking System Setup Only — £99
• Prices may change at any time, but any agreed quote will be honoured for that project.

Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required before work begins.
• The remaining 50% balance must be paid before the website is published, delivered, or made live.
• Work will not begin until the deposit has been received.

Revisions

Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions or changes outside the original project scope may incur additional charges.

Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information, text, images, logos, and other content required for the project.
• Clients confirm they have permission to use any content they provide.

Project Timelines

Estimated completion times are provided in good faith. Delays caused by missing content, slow responses, or additional change requests may affect project completion dates.

Refund Policy

• Clients may request a refund before work has started.
• Once work has started, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued once the project has been completed.

Website Management and Ownership

• Navio Web Design manages websites on behalf of clients.
• Clients have full use of their website for their business.
• If a client wishes to transfer their website or website management, this can be arranged once all outstanding payments have been made.
• Additional transfer or migration fees may apply.

Website Updates

• The website build fee covers the initial project only.
• Any future updates, changes, or additional work may be charged separately.
• A quote will be provided before any additional work begins.

Future Updates and Maintenance

Any future updates, changes, maintenance, or support requested after project completion may be charged separately. Prices for updates will be provided before work begins.

Limitation of Liability

Navio Web Design will use reasonable care and skill when providing services. Navio Web Design is not responsible for issues caused by third-party services, hosting providers, domain providers, internet outages, or circumstances outside our control.
